Not all of these parts need to be detailed (for example, a simple rectangular plate), because they are fully described in the parts list. Typically I will be using this to place the views of plates and other members for welded structures. I have run into one minor issue, which is very annoying for my intended purpose. I am just using the view placing functionality. We do not typically use multisheet drawings, so I don't have a need for (and therefore haven't tried) the parts list sheet number listing. It makes it very quick to place views of parts from an assembly. I have just started using this add-in, but can see already that it is going to save me a lot of time on fabrication drawings. Any ideas on how to solve this? Things I’ve tried: - Made sure folders for Quick Views and the dll files are not ‘Read only’. - Uninstalled and installed Quick Views again (like 10 times) - Uninstalled Inventor 2020, then re-installed Quick views - Check which Quick Views version is loading: The dll from Inventor 2022 is loaded (but my Inventor is 2020). However when I open quick views while inside a drawing, an empty instance of Quick Views launches and nothing happens after. I’m on Windows 11, Inventor 2020. I was using Quick Views just fine on this exact setup a month ago. I get the same issue as this. The addin is installed, set to ‘Loaded’ in the addins, and the icon appears on my ribbon.
